What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

There is a shipping calculator on the cart page, add all the items you wish to purchase then enter your suburb and post code to get a delivery estimate.

Which payment methods are accepted ?

We accept Paypal, Zip Pay and Credit Cards online.
Afterpay is available in store.

How long will delivery take?

Orders placed before 1pm Weekdays are eligible for same day dispatch.
We offer both Air and road transport options.
Toll is currently the quickest option often overnight to most capital cities (No post office boxes)
Australia Post offers the most delivery options including parcel lockers and post office boxes and signature on delivery*
1 to 3 days Express via Air
2 to 7 days via parcel post (Road)

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After your order payment has cleared, we will pack and ship your order as soon as possible.
We will review the products in your order for compatibility, if we find that there may be a conflict with the parts ordered we will often contact you to verify the products in your order.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

A tax invoice is emailed to the email address provided upon the completion of your order.  If you need another copy of the invoice, one is available in my account section or just email us with the order number and we will hapily provide another copy.
