TV-out and power cable for RunCam 2-RunCam 3

Make use of this cable for a live fpv feed - some cameras have a small delay but should be ok for slower flying craft such as wings or airplanes
reduce weight by only having 1 camera and in the case of the runcam2 HD you can also power the camera without the battery.

Micro USB on camera end broke out to 2 servo connectors on the other - one for video feed other for power.

 * Refer to cameras instruction manual for power requirements of your camera as power feed may damage your camera if used incorrectly.
