Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Standard Shipping:Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days for domestic orders within Australia.
Express Shipping:Offers expedited delivery within 1-3 business days for domestic orders.
International Shipping:Delivery times vary based on destination country, typically within 7-21 business days.
Please note that order processing time is not included in the delivery time. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed.
Shipping Rates
Domestic Shipping:We offer both standard and express shipping services that vary depending on size and weight and also destination. Use the shipping calculator at checkout to get an estimate of the shipping cost and delivery time estimate.
International Shipping:Shipping rates vary based on destination and package weight. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
Free Shipping:We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $250 AUD.
International Shipping
BuzzFPV Pty Ltd ships internationally to select countries. International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. Please be aware that we cannot control any delays due to customs.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is available for an additional fee through Navadium. This optional insurance covers loss, damage, or theft during transit. BuzzFPV Pty Ltd is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages that are not insured once your parcel is handed over to the courier you choose. We suggest for peace of mind that you insure your parcels.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's progress to your doorstep.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may also have shipping restrictions, [DG] dangerous goods can only be carried by australia post road options, no express / air services are provided for dangerous goods outside of the Perth metro area.
