Pickup from Store

We offer a pickup from store option if you wish to collect from our warehouse in Wangara WA.
Our click and collect service is a little different from most click and collect options is the way that it is an unattended lock box collection.

How to Order for collection.

1. Place your order online through our webstore and choose pickup from store rather than shipping.
2. Usually within 24hrs we will pick your order and place it in one of our collection boxes located at the warehouse.
3. You will receive an email with the box number and a code to open.
4. Dial in the code and turn the lock to the right to open.
5. please lock the box after you have collected your items.

We do request that you collect your order as soon as you can to allow the box to be re-used by other customers.  if you can drop us a quck reply to the pickup email notifying us that you have collected - it's appreciated.

During busy times we may have more requests to pickup orders than we have boxes available - We fullfill the orders in the order that they are placed & will notify you if we can't have it ready within 24 Hrs.

Usual turn around is that if you order before 3pm weekdays it will be in the box after 4pm  - orders placed after 4pm will ususlly be in there early the next morning.
Weekend orders are still possible - but no fixed schedule.
