To provide a simplified dialing experience, we only collect the bare minimum of data required:

  • Contact Information: We access the device’s contact list (with your permission) so you can select the specific "Quick Dial" buttons for the user.

  • Phone State: The app needs permission to initiate phone calls and detect if a call is currently active.

  • Emergency Contact Data: Any names or numbers manually entered into the app to be used as "Speed Dial" targets.

  • Optional Location Data: If the app includes a "Find My Senior" feature, we collect GPS data only when necessary to share it with designated caregivers.

2. How We Use the Information

We use this data strictly for the following:

  1. Simplifying Communication: To display large, easy-to-tap buttons for specific contacts.

  2. Emergency Assistance: To ensure a call is placed correctly when a button is pressed.

  3. App Functionality: To prevent the phone from locking or sleeping while the app is in active use.

Our Commitment: We do not sell, rent, or trade any personal data or contact lists to third-party advertisers or data brokers.

3. Data Storage and Security

  • Local Storage: Most contact data is stored locally on the device and never reaches our servers.

  • Encryption: If any data (like location or account settings) is synced to the cloud for caregiver access, it is protected using industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption.

  • Third-Party Services: We may use minimal analytics (like Google Analytics) to see if the app crashes, but this data is anonymized and does not identify the user.

4. Control and Permissions

The user or their caregiver has full control over the app's permissions:

  • Contacts: You can revoke access at any time in the device settings.

  • Deletion: Uninstalling the app or selecting "Clear Data" in settings will remove all locally stored configurations.

5. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed at children under the age of 13. However, given the nature of the app, we recognize it may be used by seniors with cognitive impairments. We treat all user data with the highest level of sensitivity regardless of the user's age.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally to reflect changes in our app or legal requirements. We will notify you of any significant changes via an in-app alert.
